TRANSPERSONAL LEADERSHIP COACHING PROGRAMME MODULE 2
THE TRANSPERSONAL EXPANDS YOUR WORLD
Transpersonal Leadership Coaching presents an approach to work and life in which our identity extends beyond the individual to encompass wider aspects of life, including our ecosystems and the cosmos.
Transpersonal Leadership Coaching is one of the few programmes that offers coherent, time-tested and robust models that go deep and wide enough to engage with the complex and systemic challenges that leaders face today.
Our programme is for experienced coaches and leaders who want to bring the transpersonal dimension and techniques into their work to guide and support others more effectively, leading toward greater purpose, intention and meaning in their lives.
The aim of Module 2 is:
- • To introduce further transpersonal approaches, and enable a deeper understanding and competency in their practical application.
- • To develop ecosystemic mindsets and models and work with axial moments.
Topics we will cover:
- • Ecosystems – mapping your worlds
- • Contextual intelligence – understanding and working with your environment
- • Purposeful motivation & Intention
- • Love and Will – their function in coaching and leadership
- • Imagery and symbols – application in coaching
- • From transcendence to immanence – spirituality in everyday life
- • 2 Dimensions of Growth – and 2 life crises
- • Axial Moments – working creatively with challenges & crises
Like Module 1 the programme will be practical with time to exchange, practice and engage in discussion.
