Transpersonal Leadership Coaching presents an approach to work and life in which our identity extends beyond the individual to encompass wider aspects of life, including our ecosystems and the cosmos.

Transpersonal Leadership Coaching is one of the few programmes that offers coherent, time-tested and robust models that go deep and wide enough to engage with the complex and systemic challenges that leaders face today.

Our programme is for experienced coaches and leaders who want to bring the transpersonal dimension and techniques into their work to guide and support others more effectively, leading toward greater purpose, intention and meaning in their lives.

The aim of Module 3 is:

• •  Exploring how we can contribute to the greater whole, in the current planetary context of multiple and enmeshed crises.
• •  Applying the transpersonal in teams, organisations and beyond to address the challenges of this Great Transition.

• •  Resilience – beyond reaction to response
• •  The Ways – working with archetypal pathways
• •  Identities and Dis-Identification – reimagining coaching & leadership identity
• •  Evoking purpose and meaning in teams and organisations – beyond the bottom line
• •  Immanent spirituality – the reality of Gaia
• •  Somatic practices – moving from thinking to embodying
• •  Values & Ethics – how to bring them alive

To participate in Transpersonal Leadership Coaching Module 3 you need to have completed the preceding module.
