SUPERVISION

SUPERVISION – THE SYSTEMIC THINKING SPACE

As a qualified coaching supervisor I offer 1-1 and small group supervision to coaches and other professionals working with people.

My supervision approach is rooted in the foundations of transpersonal psychology. My philosophy is systemic, holistic and regenerative with central currents of spirituality (our human need for purpose and meaning), socio-political awareness and moral commitment. I see our lives as interdependent with our physical, environmental, cultural and historical context and I bring this awareness to my coaching and coaching supervision. In supervision I will support you in exploring individual cases, your role, identity and development as a coach, and the systemic context of your work. Together we will tackle challenges and pull out larger themes to support and enrich your work.

‘If one really wishes to be master of an art, technical knowledge of it is not enough. One has to transcend technique so that the art becomes an ‘artless art’ growing out of the Unconscious.’
