Things are moving fast in our VUCA world, the challenges for leaders are great. We want to explore what this means for us as coaches and for the coaching profession.

Coaches need an open space to speak openly and honestly about the feelings and challenges our current troubled times are bringing up for them. And there is a need to act. We know that coaches are also looking for guidance on what to do and how to respond to these challenges. We will explore together how as coaches we can equip ourselves, and those we work with, to engage in the work of what Jem Bendell calls Deep Adaptation.
